“一花独放不是春，百花齐放春满园。”世界各国联系紧密、利益交融，要互通有无、优势互补。
“A single flower does not make spring, while one hundred flowers in full blossom bring spring to the garden.” All countries in the world are closely linked and share converging interests. They should both pool and share their strengths.
“亲望亲好，邻望邻好。”中国将坚持与邻为善、以邻为伴，巩固睦邻友好，深化互利合作，努力使自身发展更好惠及周边国家。
Neighbors wish each other well, just as loved ones do to each other. China will continue to promote friendship and partnership with its neighbors, consolidate friendly ties and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with them and ensure that its development will bring even greater benefits to its neighbors.
中国有句话叫“宾至如归”，说的是客人到了一个地方，就像回到家里一样。来到墨西哥，我就有这样的感觉。
There is a saying in China, "home away from home." It means that a guest is so welcome that he feels very much at home. This is exactly how I feel now in Mexico.
坚持开放包容，为促进共同发展提供广阔空间。“海纳百川，有容乃大。”我们应该尊重各国自主选择社会制度和发展道路的权利。
We should remain open and inclusive so as to create broad space for enhancing common development. The ocean is vast because it admits hundreds of rivers. We should respect the right of a country to independently choose its social system and development path.
人类文明因包容才有交流互鉴的动力。“海纳百川，有容乃大。”人类创造的各种文明都是劳动和智慧的结晶。
Civilizations are inclusive, and such inclusiveness has given exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations the needed drive to move forward. The ocean is vast for it refuses no rivers. All civilizations are crystallizations of mankind's hard work and wisdom.
